cPanel is looking for full time technicians to help customers install, diagnose and maintain web hosting software on servers using Microsoft Windows Server 2008.

Requirements:

* US work eligibility
* Experience with:
o Web hosting
o Windows 2003 / 2008 Server
o MySQL 4.1 / 5.0 / 5.1
o MS SQL 2005 / 2008
o Mail Systems – Mail Enable / SmarterMail
o Active Directory
o DNS
o IIS 6, 7
o PHP
o ASP.NET
* Courteous and respectful communications skills

Special consideration will be given to candidates with the following experience:

* cPanel / WHM on Linux
* A Web Hosting panel for Windows Server

Job Duties:

* Providing technical support for Enkompass by cPanel
* Diagnosing problems on servers belonging to cPanel customers
* Recording solutions in our ticket system
* This is a full time job that requires working Saturday and Sunday
