Contract to hire position in Richmond. Must be currently living in the Richmond area. Must be an US Citizen or currently holding a Green Card.

Requirements:

Four year Degree

5+ years as a .Net developer.

Needs a solid understanding of C# 3.5 including generics, nullable types, events and delegates, web services and ASP.NET
Needs strong knowledge of MS SQL using stored procedures and dynamic sql.
Needs an understanding of Oracle and ANSI SQL overall
Needs multi-tier application development experience with knowledge and use of TFS and VSS
Must have expertise with .Net 3.5, ASP.Net, Ajax, XML, XSL-FO/XSLT, Oracle 11g, Oracle XMLDB, Advanced C#, LINQ, Java, WCF.
Must have prior experience working with a team and on multiple person projects

Rate is in the low 40's /hour
